Brutal reality is Web3 job market is kinda over 🙄 If you're new to Web3 - you need a well-positioned friend to hire you. Otherwise, it's not happening. Web3 had a hiring boom 2021-2022, and most of those companies are now dead or in survival mode. Some on mild osterity path 😊 The few ones still hiring (mostly DeFi) want people with proven Web3 networks and deal flow - which is absolutely correct - and also absolutely wrong.
