I see people say:
"The tactical stuff that used to take teams weeks is becoming commoditized in real time. So what's left?"
They're saying it about XYZ - you can put your favorite part of building a business instead of XYZ - marketing, sales, BD, prospecting, branding, content, community moderation, ...
So called influencers and pundits were always saying that because it sounds nice. At least as far as I can see for the past 30 years. 🤔 strange, isn't it?
The fact is that tactical stuff is always commoditized, it's the strategy and execution that's hard to find and stick to.
Sure, what "commoditized" means changes over time but it was always true. Don't get caught in the doom ... focus on what matters 💪
