Big acquisition in the robotics space for Masa as the world of Physical AI continues to heat up. Interested to see how much Softbank believes they can help ABB's robotics division accelerate. Seems like a good deal for both at ~2x scaled revenue. Suspect we're not done with splashy M&A in 2025 yet!
