Thank you for your continued this week 今週も引き続きよろしくお願いいたします I woke up this morning with a sore shoulder. 🤔 Maybe I hurt it while working out. 今日は寝起きから片肩が痛い🤔 筋トレで痛めたのかな🧐 It's a pain like a stiff neck, so it will heal if you leave it alone. 肩こりのような痛みなので放っておくと治ります。 It's so cold that I'm going to take a bath to warm myself up. とても寒いので、お風呂に入って温まります。
