The longer you stay in this space, the more you realise something nobody tells you: Your mindset is the real tool you need to succeed. The people who keep winning are the ones who stay curious, stay adaptable, and stay intentional. Every post you make, every project you study, and every chain you explore, it’s all sharpening your instincts. And with each cycle, those instincts become capital. A project raising funds is a red flag nobody likes to talk about. It’s one of the reasons many projects fail and community end up with poor airdrops most times. But we’re not ready for that discussion. Because the truth is, many people won’t even click a project unless they see “we raised $10M+ audio funds” on the announcement.

Every ecosystem really comes down to three things: • Users • Builders • Incentives Users are people who show up every day and keep the ecosystem alive. They create the demand. Builders are teams actually shipping products. They create the utility. Incentives are the points, airdrops, rewards, and they keep the momentum going. When those three line up, everything moves. When one is missing, the whole ecosystem feels it.

It’s easy to say the main reason most projects mess up their airdrops is because the team is greedy. But what we rarely talk about are the VCs. The VCs behind these projects are just as greedy. They take huge allocations, enforce strict vesting, demand early liquidity, and push teams to optimize for valuation instead of community. By the time launch day comes, there’s barely anything left for the people who actually made the project visible. Teams get blamed, but half of that blame also belongs to the VCs. Maybe it’s time we start calling out the investors behind these projects too.

Everyone’s asking why Monad is raising again after $225M from VCs. But here’s why it actually makes sense: • It’s an L1, and running a chain takes serious funding. • The raise helps distribute tokens fairly. More retail, less VC concentration. • Unlike Hyperliquid (which made $1B+ revenue from perps), Monad doesn’t yet have a built-in revenue engine. • It also sets a fair launch floor with transparent pricing. • And it brings in more real users ahead of mainnet, boosting the whole ecosystem. This is more about decentralization for me.

Despite all the frustration lately, I still believe the next wave of launches can get it right. Web3 isn’t short of innovation, it’s short of execution that respects users. Fair airdrops, transparent tokenomics, and clean launches aren’t too much to ask. Projects like OpenMind and Rainbow have a real chance to reset the standard. If they deliver well, it won’t just reward users, it’ll restore confidence in the whole ecosystem. Every cycle needs a few projects that remind people why we believed in Web3 in the first place.

The truth is, most users don’t expect massive airdrops anymore. What people actually want is clarity and fairness. If a project is upfront about their token distribution, unlocks, and community allocation, it builds trust before launch day. What we’ve seen recently are teams overpromising, hyping testnets and engagement campaigns for months, only to deliver poorly thought-out airdrops or bad market entries. And that’s where the trust gap keeps growing. If projects like Sentient and Solstice really take the time to design transparent, well-communicated reward systems, it could reset the tone for how pre-TGE campaigns are handled across Web3. It’s not just about giving tokens. It’s about rewarding belief, contribution, and the people who helped build early hype.

Everyone wants overnight success. But it doesn’t happen in one big leap, it’s the small consistent actions that compound over time. Keep showing up. Keep building. That’s what works.

In the Solana trenches, we say "1 SOL and a dream." But in the monad trenches, there’s no dream with 1 MON. What you’d have is a nightmare. Why? 1 MON is barely worth $0.05. So I’d rather say "1000 MON and a dream" for the monad trenches.

Every time you yap or click on a project hoping it cooks, there’s always that quiet group praying it fails just so they can say “I told you.” They don’t necessarily want you to lose. They just want to feel right. That’s their own way of proving they’re smart and staying relevant. It’s just human nature. And that's why you must be your own biggest supporter and cheerleader.

Most project allocate 40-50% of their tokens to the community, But only 1% ever actually reaches the community.

You’ll learn to appreciate the InfoFi meta even more in the coming months. Especially when you see how much your social presence has grown through platforms like Kaito, Xeet and Wallchain. What looks like simple farming today is actually training for visibility, consistency, and social influence. Keep showing up. You're winning without realising it.

If you give the same energy you use to scroll, argue, or compare to learning one new skill every week, you’d be unrecognizable in a year. Focus compounds. Discipline compounds. Positioning compounds. That’s why I always say: treat life like a testnet. Experiment, learn, fail fast, and deploy again but this time, smarter.
