Pan seared pork chop – Today I made pan seared pork chop with blueberry compote with a side of mashed potatoes and garlic spinach. I appreciate how in cooking we can enjoy savoury and sweet at the same time and enjoy a tasty dinner. I hope you all are having a great week.
