Worry Changes Nothing — Action Changes Everything
“If you believe that feeling bad or worrying long enough will change a past or future event, then you are residing on another planet with a different reality system.” — William James
Worry feels like responsibility. It feels like you are “doing something.”
But in reality, worry is emotional motion without productive movement.
You cannot change yesterday by regretting it.
You cannot secure tomorrow by fearing it.
The past is a fact. The future is a possibility.
The present is your only point of power. When you worry, you drain emotional energy. When you act, you create change.

If a farmer keeps staring at dry soil and complaining about last season’s poor harvest, nothing changes.
But the moment he picks up his hoe and plants new seeds, the future begins to shift.
