Nothing new bad happened, this is to fix some chronic severe neck pain issues and support realignment as I do more physical therapy. Between this and my shoulder brace for heavy lifting I think I need proper armor made for me. I was trying to figure out why I look prettier in neck brace and I think it’s cause for once I’m not scrunched in pain. 😂 Health (mental physical and spiritual) is beauty really. I can’t believe I’m going to be 43 this week.
