talking to the founder of a mutual aid org about how in 2020 they asked someone "what if the self hosted solution server at your house went down" the answer wasn't good so they went with airtable. paccs (p2p access controlled crdt) are difficult to explain but there's more motivation to understand when (12) billion dollar companies you know are harvesting and would sell you to ICE are also just ... shit.
