Patience isn’t one of my strong suits so I’ve been trying to build some better habits.
Regardless of what I am doing, these are the things that get done:
- learn to read/write Korean
- focused stretching for 10 mins
- practice programming
- take a multivitamin
Today is day 30 - seems trite but a 1% improvement every day for a year results in a 37x gain due to compounding.
Daily is underrated.
