being so deep into ai and the pace of technology lately has been doing something weird to my brain.
i spend hours exploring models, talking to agents, vibecoding...living at the edge of what feels like the future. and i love it. it feels inspiring, mind-expanding, and definitely addictive.
but the deeper i go, the more i feel the need to balance it by moving in the opposite direction, too.
it's led me to think that i should be just as intentional about the most human things i can possibly do: painting with my hands, learning how to cook, reading a book, making things that exist outside the screen.
just a friendly reminder that although i spend a lot of my waking hours doing robot shit, i'm human after all.
