boil peas ,carrot you can add more veggies of your choice then mash them and add paneer or tofu then mix and add coriander powder and salt and a little cumin and chopped garlic then add oats flour 4 tsp and mix then add a very small amount of oil to the pan almost 1 teaspoon total for both sides shape the mixture into kebabs place them in the pan and cook lightly on both sides until golden that's it enjoy with roti It turns out super yummy try it at least once 😋
