A number of the alt-L1s from prior cycles will re-emerge as L2s in this cycle: Flow -> Frame, Blast Polygon -> Polygon zkEVM Terra -> Fraxtal Ripple, Omni -> Base (Base has broader ambitions but the stablecoin tie up and offramps seems like a core advantage) Any others?
