Switch the method of using the proxy IP

Proxy IPs are commonly used in a variety of industries, including network voting, data mining, and more. However, some users may be unsure of how to use and switch between proxy IPs. Here are a few methods that can be used to switch to a proxy IP:

  1. Restarting the router or optical modem: This can change the public IP address, but it is inconvenient and not widely used.

  2. Using a dial-up Virtual Private Server (VPS): This allows users to switch to a new IP address each time they connect remotely. Dial-up VPS options include mixed VPS, which dials out random IP addresses across the country, and single-region dial-up VPS, which dials out a specific region's IP address. However, a dial-up VPS can only use one IP address at a time.

  3. Changing the proxy IP settings in a browser: This allows users to change the IP address used by the browser, but can be inconvenient for those who need to switch IP addresses frequently.

  4. Using a tool like MaxProxy: This allows users to change the IP address of their entire computer and supports the use of HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy IPs. However, switching IP addresses may still require manual setup and copying of proxy and port information.
