Residents of Tbilisi are not spoiled by snowfalls, and snow that lasts for at least a couple of days is already a holiday for the townspeople. Therefore, do not be surprised if you see respectable-looking adults playing snowballs completely childishly under the plane trees on Rustaveli Avenue or in one of the city parks.
