A tick

A tick is a small arachnid insect that feeds on the blood of animals and humans. They can be dangerous, as they can carry various infections, such as borreliosis, tick-borne encephalitis and others. Ticks live in forests, fields, shrubs and other places with high humidity. To protect yourself from ticks, it is recommended to wear protective clothing, use repellents, avoid tall grass and regularly check your skin for ticks after walking in the woods or in nature. If you find a tick on your skin, you need to remove it as soon as possible using special tools or by contacting a doctor.
