Here’s #1 thing that pisses me off: I hate people judging others based on their age. 20 years ago, it was not possible to become an expert at the age of 19, 20, or 22. Today it is. With the information available on the internet and practice, anyone can become an expert regardless of their age. However, people still diminish younger individuals on social media. My take on this is that if the person brings results, age shouldn't matter. I believe in results, not metrics.
