One of the things I've realized since starting the "I need a job" blog is that I have very little idea how much my words have meaning for people, and therefore have little idea how much effort I've put into the blog. I do what I can, I hope you like what you read, and then I move on to the next thing. I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel a little embarrassed to have put myself out there to people like that. I mean, I'm a middle-aged adult who is trying to raise two kids (and enjoy a decent chunk of my pension) so what I write isn't going to be things that people want to read. It would have been more dignified to tell them off in a kinder, gentler manner. Yeah, tell them off in a nice way and then just go and hide in my house.
