SYMBIOGENESIS is brand-new entertainment content set in a self-contained world where a wide cast of characters symbiosis, all of which can be collected as digital art; an interactive story and a dedicated community. The art can be used for social media profile pictures (PFP) and as a character in a story that takes place in an alternate world where the player can untangle a mystery by completing missions that revolve around questions of the monopolization and distribution of resources. With each strategic move players make, more of the story unfolds.

It is expected to be launched in the spring of 2023. It will be supported by the Ethereum blockchain and accessible through Google Chrome browsers on both PC and mobile platforms. The NFT Collectible Art will be Ethereum-based and its game utility will be Polygon-based.

SE has expanded into the NFT space as part of its medium-term business strategy, as announced in its Q1 earnings report in 2022. The game will include about 10,000 NFT collectible artworks (PFP character NFTs) and the story will be split into 6 chapters and will be revealed progressively along with the sale of the NFTs.

These PFP character NFTs include various races and jobs which will brings real game utility. Holders will have various perks in the upcoming game. Even if you do not have one, it is still possible for you to play until the end of the story.

The gameplay focuses around two game phases: progress through the story and find the hidden items.

The game story will be centered around The Floating Continent*,*** which is place of peace and it is about the last "choice" that humanity must make in order to "live together" in this world.

The Floating Continent is home to several countries, colonies, as well as communities that comes in different sizes. The story opens in a country named The Land of Salvation in The Floating Continent.

The story will be unveiled in two ways: main story and the story of each individual characters.

Each chapter's main story can be read by anyone, and is unlocked through each completed mission.

Each character has their own story, which can be accessed once they are unlocked. Unlocking the stories of the characters requires points that can be obtained by logging in and progressing through the game.

The stories held by the characters hold information, such as hints to find the hidden items, or keys to understand the world's history.

Some stories may be read by anyone, others require to hold the NFT character to do so. These stories become available by collaborating between all players

Unlocking many stories is the key to aiming for game completion. The story has multiple endings. Only 3 players meeting specific conditions will participate in the World Mission. These special three will decide the ending of the story, the fate of the world, and everyone in it.

There hidden items are hidden in various places around the floating continent. Players need to search for them while relying on any available hint. The more precious the item, the harder they will be to find. To find the hidden items, you will need hints. Some hints relative to the items will be only available to the NFT characters.

You can only obtain hidden items once per day. If you search the same location the next day, you may find another one. However, there's no guarantee that hidden items will appear in the same location, so it's possible that you won't find any. If that's the case, you can come back the next day for a "revenge search." It's always worth trying again because you never know when you might strike gold.

PFP character NFTs include various races and jobs. By holding the NFT characters or their replicas, player can gain access to some hints relative to the items that is only available to NFT the characters. There are also some stories and quests that will only be available to the NFT characters.

Holders of the original character NFTs are able to create replica NFTs from within the game and sell them. Replica NFTs allow you to access the same story and information as the original NFT.

The characters in SYMBIOGENESIS are not divided by rarity, but fall into the following 4 categories: Facet Character, Mesh Character, Line Character and Point Character.

• Facet Characters - These characters hold information which will give you some hints for the quests.

• Mesh Characters - These characters will allow you to read stories related to the current situation of the Floating Continent.

• Line Characters - With a unique position within the job categories, these characters will give you access to information only they may possess.

• Point Characters - With an important role in the story, these characters will give you access to information about themselves, or another character closely related to them.

More races will be available from Chapter 2 onwards! Chapter 1 will also touch upon other races and countries that will appear in Chapter 2.

To succeed in this game, accessing information is crucial as it aids in advancing the story, uncovering hidden items, and completing quests. Therefore, the game's fundamental themes revolve around monopolizing or sharing this information, leaving players to decide whether to keep it to themselves or share it with others.

For instance, suppose you possess a NFT character in the game that provides valuable hints and information about a previously hidden item, but these hints are only available to your NFT character. In such a scenario, you must choose between monopolizing the information or sharing it with your companions to advance and progress the game story.

Additionally, creating a replica of your NFT character and selling it to another player is another alternative. However, it's vital to recognize that once you share the information or sell a replica, you cannot guarantee that others won't pass it on to other players, potentially impacting the value of your character.

• The team announced on Twitter that additional characters will be released from Chapter 2 onwards. Based on this information, I believe that the first round of NFT character sale will not include the entire collection of 10,000 characters. It's possible that only partially of them will be sold initially, with the remaining characters obtainable through the game. Players may be able to unlock them as rewards for completing hidden quests or exchanging them for hidden items or the fastest players who complete Chapter 1 may be rewarded with the opportunity to exchange characters.
