Web3 promises to provide a decentralized and immutable global network version without intermediaries, and is equipped with the same encryption verifiability as cryptocurrency, irreplaceable tokens (NFT) and dapps. It is a new decentralized application based on distributed ledger.

The basic idea is described as follows: "we assume that public information will be released. Information based on our agreement on the consensus ledger. We assume that private information is confidential". The model is "mathematically executed" through cryptography, and transactions are verified and added to the blockchain to ensure universal transparency and irrevocability.
