Thinking wen Azuki reached 20eth

AzukiOfficial officially flipped CloneX and doodles, not only in the floor price but also in trading volume. From my perspective, the ability to build for RTFKTstudios is absolutely high, however, the potential to imagine demonstrated by CloneX is far behind Azuki.

CloneX has delivered amazing airdrops and has collaborated with Murakami. Even, it was acquired by Nike, a double sword. The floor price of #NFTs is often driven by expectations, and for CloneX, it seems to be restricted by such an acquisition from Nike.

However, for Azuki. It is not the case. When it reached the 10-15eth floor price, it actually didn't really build solid things, but only a fragmented Bobu... It is not bonded with any of the existed IPs or projects.

On one hand, it means Azuki is not supported by any existed strong power; on the other hand, it means Azuki has no restrictions and limitless potential to imagine. It can be anime, games, music, etc.

So, let's take a closer look at the above 2 cases. What really amazed me is how Azuki could maintain the floor price at 10eth for such a long time without any real forward building, which revealed the ability to manage expectations for the red bean team.

The design quality from Azuki is so top-tier that I've heard comments like no project can really beat it below 10eth, a fact that no doubt supported its stable price and community consensus. Azuki has also really built up its brand impact at the same time.

Such a stable floor price for Azuki not only washed away paper hands but also granted it the chance to hype to the next level by releasing further good news.

The something official is the one. It hyped from offline to online. "Check your wallets" on the stage in LA is so sick!

Azuki team on the stage.
Azuki team on the stage.

That is why I think Azuki probably is so far one of the best cases that demonstrated how to navigate the market expectation and leak good news in a balanced way. It really played well with the market, investors, and its own pace of building. Cool beans!
