1. Floor Detection

   • Detect NFT collection floor prices across multiple marketplaces.

   • Identifies optimal entry points for strategic acquisitions.

2. Strategic Acquisition

   • Purchases floor NFTs at optimal prices. Using funds generated from taxes

   • Executes trades across OpenSea, Magic Eden, and other major marketplaces.

   • Optimizes gas costs and transaction timing.

3. Intelligent Relisting

   • Relists acquired NFTs at strategic price points, using the deployed token as the payable currency for accepting bids, and lists them above the floor price based on the current market value of the deployed token either at request of the community members via listing approval or owner own listing.

   • Maximizes profit potential while maintaining market stability.

4. Promoting Token economy

   • Users buy NFTs listed on Auction using the native token of the project, and when bids are accepted the receivable tokens are burned to dead address which creates deflationary pressure on token supply.

   • Increases scarcity and value for remaining holder.

• Max supply: 21,000,000 tokens per collection

• Pricing: Quadratic bonding curve with buy/sell spreads

• Mint: Pay native currency → receive tokens (curve price + buy spread) (Collection token receivables).

• Redeem: Burn tokens → receive native currency (curve price − sell spread) (Redeem XYZ <> Native currency back) Users can’t redeem all of them back as partly some of them has been distributed to pools, royalties, Fees etc.

• Lock/Burn: Permanently remove tokens (deflationary pressure).Which usually happens automatically when the bids are accepted

Platform:

• Deployment Fee (UpFloor revenue) - A one time deployment fee of $100 Paid in native currency during deployment.

• Protocol Fee: 1.5% (UpFloor revenue) 1.5% of mint price (native currency) for every txn across the platform.

Collection Owner Revenue Model:

• Royalties: e.g., 7% (Collection/recipient revenue)

• Paid in deployed tokens (not native currency)

• Amount: mintedTokens × royaltyBps / 10000

Collection Owners setup a reward fees in % to users that helps in securing the floor price, when unmonitored by owners. A sum of rewards is provided to someone that triggers the buys of the NFT collection on floor as long as there is funds on the token contract which is the project fund pool.

• reward = (value × rewardPercentage) / 10000 ; the % of the rewards is set by the collection owner and can be updated from time to time.
