1.使用kepler内置swap
swap $2 TIA to Neutron { $NTRN }
2.使用Hyperlane 跨桥 https://usenexus.org
跨到 NEUTRON ，再跨回tia
3.检查tx数，做到至少10-20tx

4.周活月活日活满足后，
-用 Hyperlane 将 tia 移动到 >> NEUTRON >>> Manta Network >>> Swap with Aperture >> Manta >>>> Orbiter Bridge 上的 ETH 回到 Arbitrum
