In this article, I will go through Zetachain Testnet, learn how to use it, and gain Zeta points.
Before That, Let’s examine what Zetachain is and why we want to participate in their testnet.

ZetaChain is the foundational, public blockchain that enables omnichain, generic smart contracts and messaging between any blockchain. It solves the problems of “cross-chain” and “multi-chain” and aims to extend the crypto and global financial ecosystem to anyone. ZetaChain envisions and supports a truly fluid, multi-chain crypto ecosystem where users and developers can move between and appreciate the benefits of any blockchain: payments, DeFi, liquidity, games, art, social graphs, performance, security, privacy, and so on.
Unlike the more common two-way pegging, there is no wrapping and, therefore, no multiple representations of the same underlying asset.
The only (native) value that can cross-chain is via the ZETA coin, which substantially reduces the attack surface, resulting in an easier-to-understand audit and, therefore, higher security. For example, we can check the total supply at the contract mint site.
Users can pay ZETA for the cross-chain service that ZetaChain provides and gas on the destination chain in a single step/bundle.

Now, You know what Zetachain is. The second mentioned question was why we should use Zetachain Testnet.
Zetachain officially announced they would have their native token called $Zeta and may also do an airdrop. Early users who’ve done testnet actions on the platform may get an airdrop when they launch their token.
Let’s learn how to use Zetatestnet.
If you are a new user of web3, You should know that you need a wallet to connect platforms. In my opinion, Metamask is the best wallet that you can use. Metamask has a Chrome and Mozilla extension; you can download it from their official sources.
If you already have Metamask, Make sure you are using the Testnet wallet, or you can add a new address to your Metamask.

The next step is to get some testnet tokens. You can get testnet tokens on the below websites:
Now, You can use my invitation code and verify your Twitter and wallet for the Zetachain testnet. All you need is to click on the below link ( You will get 5K Zeta point by joining the testnet):

The Only action you can do for the current Testnet is to use the Swap feature of Zetachain. Before using, the cross-chain swap, get some Testnet Zeta tokens from the ‘Get Zeta’ menu.
This Section is easy. If you verify your Twitter and your wallet, You will get Zeta tokens with one click. ( Remember, These are only testnet tokens and don’t have value.)

You can go to the Swap tab if you have Testnet tokens and have verified your Twitter and wallet.

If you never use a swap, You can follow the below instruction:

Select the Network that you have testnet tokens
Select the Testnet token
Select Destination Network
Select the token that you want to get in the destination chain
Enter The amount of swap
You can swap any tokens from and to any chain.

After you set your swap, Click on Review order. The next step should be to give Zetachain permission to access the requested token.

Click on Allow Zeta Transfer. After that, You will see the Metamask pop-up. In this pop-up, you can check permissions, Transfer fees, and other valuable data. By confirming the pop-up, you give access to Zetachain.

You have almost done. After that, Click on the Swap button. Again, You will see the Metamask pop-up, which should confirm the next step.
Congratulation. You did it. All you need is to wait a minute for your swap to complete.

For this action, You will get 7K Zeta points. You don’t need to use swap again. Every week, You can get 7K Zeta points by swapping. You won’t get Zeta points before that.
You can check your rank among other users by clicking on the Zeta point tab.

There are other ways to gain Zeta points. You can share your invitation link with your friends, and if they join the Zetachain testnet, You will get Zetapoins.
Make sure you join the Zetachain Discord for the next announcements:
I have some advice for you. It’s better to participate in Project’s testnet to know the platform features and get familiar sooner than others. Don’t follow projects only for potential Airdrop. You won’t learn anything if you only use platforms for Airdrop. Try to know and learn about new things and indeed get more rewards.
Zetachain didn’t announce anything about a potential Airdrop and not confirm yet.

The article was about the Zetachain Testnet guide. But if you are interested in other activities to become an active user on the Zeta chain, You can follow the below instructions.
I don’t know if you know the Galaxy website or not. Galxe is the leading Web3 credential data network in the world. You can find the Official Zetachain space in the below link. Follow each task's instructions to get Zetachain NFTs.
Also, Zetachain is active on the Crew3 website. I put Zetachain crew3 profile link, and you can check their tasks by doing them once you level up your account.

I summarized all steps that you can share with your friends about Zetachain potential Aidrop.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Visit the ZetaChain testnet page.
Verify your Twitter account.
Connect your Metamask wallet and change the network to Goerli.
Now request some test ZETA.
You will also need to have test assets on each chain to pay for the gas fees.
Join their Discord channel to get the links to the faucets page for each chain.
Now go to the “Swap” section and make swaps from one testnet chain to another.
You will get ZETA points for trying out the testnet.
Also earn more points for each referral.
Also try to collect their NFTs from Galxe and complete their Guild tasks.
They’ve confirmed to launch an own token called “ZETA” and early users who’ve done testnet actions may get an airdrop once they launch their token.
Please note that there is no guarantee that they will do an airdrop. It’s only speculation.
Thank you for reading.
