    1. permissionless is the most powerful bootstrapping tool for a brand, community members could create value however and whenever they feel without permission

    2. incentivize the community to co-own and create the brand together

    3. Old problem:

      1. there is a pervasive distrust in how brands control their image, compared to how they operate behind closed doors, and

      2. brands rarely, if ever, have the final say(judgement) in how their brands are integrated in the real world

    4. Web 3 is here to reshape the relationship between brand and customer with a better trust machine ( trust and transparency), shifting user created content to user owned content. Web3 brands from day 1, integrate and distribute ownership to the early adopters and brand ambassadors shaping the brand.→ Ruby: key here is to keep the consensus on the branding, to much " fork" and is as dangerous for Bitcoin as for the PFPs ( Social tokens)

    8. Some additional thoughts: What we need here: better collaboration tools, not only the governance tools, but the creation tools ( like figma, like frame, like what Knoworigin was proposing to pivot towards), is $Render also part of this?
