Happy Mondays, Zuki fam! Hope you're feeling good even though the market is literally a blood bath 💀 It's been a while since our last announcement, but we didn't want to make any rash decisions and thoroughly think about the next step. We read all your feedback, suggestions, and concerns about our projects, and we decided to make some changes.

As you know, we are now in a bear market, and it's apparent that we can't sell out now with a 10K supply and 0.054 ETH mint price. In order not to sabotage the secondary sales, we took this decision.

We will continue minting Mutants when we are confident we have the demand for it and the market is in good condition.

However, we have good news for our early supporters. The 1696 Mutants that have been minted are now considered Genesis Mutants. To reflect this visually, we will change all the background colors of the genesis mutants to other than yellow, and when we continue minting the rest of the mutants, they will all have yellow backgrounds. Backgrounds and Body are the two immutable traits. Any other traits will be changeable since the mutants are dynamic NFTs. Therefore, all the genesis mutants will have a rare immutable trait.

We are still working on polishing our new website. The design process has now been completed, and we are finalizing the content.

We are also preparing a whitepaper to explain our product thoroughly and what you can expect. Even though we communicated the product and our vision multiple times before, we still are getting a lot of questions, and hopefully, this will clear all of them.

We saw some negative feedback about the Mutants' art, and we agree with some. Our generation has been made to work with upcoming trait tokens utility. That's why we don't have any limitations, and every trait can come up with each other. This resulted in some ugly PFPs.

We don't want you to rock ugly mutants while you're waiting for the trait tokens utility, and that's why we'll reintroduce these limitations and create a new 1696 NFT batch. You will be able to keep your old mutants or reroll and use the new ones.

As you might be aware, we have been partnered with an upcoming metaverse project! Our world is being built as we speak, and we already got some 🔥 sneak peeks! We will be able to announce this partnership in less than a week, and we can't wait for it!

Now that mutants are partially completed, we'll apply to TraitSniper for the Mutant Zukis collection. However, you need to keep in mind that the rarity will change drastically when the new mutants are minted.

I'm sorry if I have been unresponsive for the last few days. Please remember the human. Everyone needs to take a break sometimes. We're not going anywhere, and us closing the minting for mutants, our currently only income stream, is proof that we are here to build and for the long term. Rome wasn't built in a day. We can't fix the market by ourselves. That's why we will be focusing on delivering utility, and the market will eventually appreciate our value.
