Choose to take small steps first to move the energy flow forward and achieve any goals you set. The key is to focus on taking one step at a time until you reach your goals. Jenny Blake said in her book perspective that to change your life, "the only important action is the next step." If you want to get your mood back, make sure you understand the first few actions or steps to move forward, and then stick to the plan one step at a time. Give up the things that cannot be changed in life when we are low in energy, we tend to indulge in the bad things in life. These difficult and challenging events belong to the past, and we cannot change the results. Paying attention to these events consumes our energy, so it becomes more difficult to start taking action to change our lives. Focus on the smooth events in your life and use these positive emotions to help you move forward.
