NFT Fatigue

NFT Fatigue is a real thing and should not be taken lightly

The NFT Community is fairly a new community. With the fact that we are so new a lot of factors have not been addressed or tackled in the community. NFT Fatigue is one of them . We will address that topic but first a general look at what fatigue is and what are the symptoms of fatigue.

Fatigue is defined as the weariness or exhaustion from labor, exertion, or stress according to Merriam Webster dictionary. Symptoms can be constant tiredness, headache, dizziness, sore or aching muscles, weakness, slow reflexes and responses, impaired decision making and moodiness. There could be other symptoms depending from person to person. If this fatigue last more than a week or 2 ; Health.Harvard suggest at this point you seek a visit to your physician.

Fatigue can be broken down into 2 categories: physical and mental. You can have both at the same time but most of the time it is one or the other. Getting rest, staying hydrated and knowing your bodily signs are important to make sure that you are aware if your body is going into a state of fatigue. Having proper structure in your life is very important and with the way that we are burning candles on both ends it is no surprise that we are more prone to fatigue or similar symptoms. Recently NFT Fatigue has become a focus of the health industry.

NFT Fatigue is not the same as regular fatigue. With the way we have taken out the middle man we find ourselves being our own banks, promoter, researcher, curator, social media specialist and much much more. We have taken on more work on our shoulders than before and it is like each one of us are businesses within ourselves. With this we are constantly staring at screens, lack of nutrition due to fomo inducing actions in the space. Our fatigue is similar with the exception of us being under constant pressure of building, creating and moving we have come to a stage of burnout that can not be ignored. Symptoms that might differ is burning sensation from the eyes, sensitive to computer screen light. Tension headaches and sensitivity to noise. With the constant presence of Twitter spaces in our life we run the risk of having tension headaches. Constant focus on sound can run you toward exhaustion.

What can be done. First thing is to get some structure in your life. Well diet with plenty of veggies and fruit. Staying hydrated and making sure you eat and drink prior to being thirsty or hungry. If you have gotten the point of thirst or hunger it is already to late. Meal prepping, veggies in bulk made on the barbecue pit is good as well. I like to meal plan myself and I always have water close to me. Staying up on your yearly check up and blood work is also a great way to make sure your body is working in top shape. Another thing that can help you is to get some glasses that cut the harmful blue light that projects from laptop and cell phone screens. This light causes fatigue and just by cutting it you will be ahead of your battle. Other things are staying in shape and getting out for exercise or stepping away from the space and allowing for your body to refresh. To many times we think that if we are not present we are not building but if your are fatigue or not 100% you are hindering yourself anyway.

So, what can be do about this. First thing, is to disconnect. Finding time to get back to your center is a crucial part of this. Weather you enjoy walks or nature or just reading a book, giving yourself some me time is important to stay in a healthy state. Proper nutrition intake is also an important part of this. A good strategy is to meal prep. You can choose one day to cook 2 or 3 meals and have different side to go with them and this could serve as your meals for the following days to come. If you are a heavy coffee drinker making sure you regulate this as well as any other stimulants you intake is crucial. Another thing I have enjoyed lately is having friends that know nothing about crypto. We dont have to onboard everyone we meet. Sometimes have a routine that disconnects you from the space can serve you good. Nutrition, disconnection, hydration, routine, and moderation; these are the keys to a healthy consistency.

To wrap up, NFT Fatigue is defiantly a real thing and your body just like a car can only take so much wear and tear. If we want to stay consistent and show up every day is important to not only recognize the signs of fatigue but also know how to tackle it and proper prevention for it. Taking care of your mental heath as well as your physical health is crucial for the long term success of you in the community. We want you around and we want you at your best.

Thank you for giving me your time and for reading my article. I am going to try to provide 1 article a week along with my writing cohorts in the space. reading me I hope you are able to see thru my eyes from time to time. Have a wonderful one.
