I once read somewhere a saying like this: 'Healing is like peeling an onion, each layer peeled off brings tears, but if you are persistent enough, you will see the core inside.' I really didn't want to admit this view, but it has helped me go through many ups and downs in my life more gently.
And even now, when I thought I was 'healed', the Universe continues to gently unveil other layers within me - through women who need a bit of my light during the dark phases they must go through on their journey to find themselves.
Someone told me they felt lucky that among billions of people in the world, they could meet someone who understands their pain as deeply as I do. And I, after connecting with many people, realize that all encounters in this life are part of a larger plan that the Universe has set. Today's meeting is the karma from the similar remnants of past sufferings we have both experienced.
Each person who comes to me brings their own story, their own color, but the common point is that everyone is struggling with the emotional wounds unintentionally caused by family members. They are like mirrors reflecting each other, and from this reflection, we gather enough light to understand and heal ourselves.
Now I understand why the wise say 'we are all one', because just by sitting down and connecting deeply with each other, we see a part of our life in another's and vice versa. Each person is a separate entity, but this separateness is formed and developed by each other.
The deeper I delve into their pain, the more I see the power of belief hidden deep in the human subconscious. If we are not aware of the existence of these layers, it's hard to find peace with our present. And when we see them, we should let the peeling happen naturally by accepting that healing is a continuous journey of facing, understanding, and unraveling each layer of limiting and outdated beliefs that no longer serve our goals.
And most importantly, we cannot do this entirely alone. Without the collision with the world around us, there isn't enough shake-up to see the roots of our pains. Without seeing the depths, it's hard to connect with the heart to create freedom and harmony within ourselves.
Healing is not fighting the wave, but dancing with it. Souls do not meet by chance; anyone who appears in your life is someone you need to meet.
Let whatever needs to happen, happen.
