Gitcoin Passport New Task: Civic

Gitcoin Passport has added six new scoring methods on July 13th and removed the previous rules of purchasing more than 10 GTC and holding POAP. Simultaneously, Gitcoin Passport has introduced new scoring rules, which might result in some individuals with scores previously exceeding 20 points now potentially falling below 20 points.
