(AGMH.US) announced that it has received a purchase order from MinerVa Semiconductor Corp. to jointly produce the MinerVa series of miners with MinerVa Corp. Under the terms of the order, AGMH will deliver 25,000 units of MinerVa MV7 ASIC digital currency miners with 100TH/s computing power to MinerVa Corp. and MinerVa Corp. will pay a $20 million deposit to AGMH with the remaining payment due prior to receipt of the goods.
