Not sure why, maybe the long time sitting, caused a serious lower back pain, I have to lie down whole day to not feel the pain. I made an appointment of the most expensive therapist in town, but I suspect it helps.
My typical day is sitting there, doing online meetings, working, typing, typing, typing, using trackpad, and them typing more. Sometimes I lay down on the couch browsing instagram and tiktok, no excercise.
That’s the price you pay when you overuse your body.
