At the end of April, China Telecom Hefei Branch developed and launched the “quantum smart seal”, which upgraded the paper printing process that originally needed to be approved by multiple people to an electronic process. Through intelligent seal management and quantum encryption technology, it realized the functions of traceability of the printing process and encrypted storage of sealed document pages, took into account the printing efficiency and safety, greatly improved the front-line work efficiency, and shortened the printing approval time from a few days to less than 1 hour.

The original paper printing approval process usually needs to be circulated in multiple departments, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Moreover, the printing content and quantity are registered through manual control, which can not effectively identify the responsible person. It is difficult to archive, query, trace and tamper with the printing record. In order to further implement the burden reduction requirements for the grass-roots level, China Telecom Hefei Branch has repeatedly exchanged plans with China Telecom quantum company and Yunxi quantum technology company. In March, it launched the development of “quantum intelligent seal” system, opened up the quantum security encryption interface, realized the localized storage of seal data and stamped pictures, and supported the graphical report display of seal background management, data monitoring, use track and traceability.

After the “quantum seal” is used, the risk of “breach of the seal” and “smart seal” of front-line employees is reduced.
