When you’re overthinking = write. When you’re anxious = walk. When you’re tired = sleep. When you’re sad = move
Having a different location to work from vs. live from is a game changer
The key to working through lulls is to keep moving. Get up, get out, go out. I like to end my day at the park

How you do anything is how you do everything
Being busy isn’t a healthy response to “how are you” – cut it out of your vernacular
Your mindset should always come from a place of abundance, not from a place of competition
“I’m in harmony with myself” > “I’m in competition with everybody”
The Non Violent Communication framework is the most important tool in your toolkit.
Start with what you observe. Then move into how those observations make you feel. Then end with needs/asks. I’d recommend reading this to learn more
It’s not an apology if the word “but” is in it
It’s only embarrassing if you’re embarrassed 🤷♀️
Direction > Speed. Doesn’t matter if you’re moving slow or fast, if you’re moving in the wrong direction, you are fucked
If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive
Every game is a game of social influence. And most hard ‘tests’ are an exercise in storytelling
No is a complete sentence
Always normalize the vocabulary and introduce more precision by asking questions. This also shows you’re listening + synthesizing information
The answer isn’t “are you right vs. wrong” – the answer is always something people are either going to react strongly or weakly to
Finding mentorship in crypto is really, really hard
Being respected ≠ social clout/twitter clout
Focus on what is actionable. Anything other than that is noise 🗣 some guiding questions:
