∀udaX is a fraternal organization, a DAO, of web3/blockchain craftsmen, innovators and entrepreneurs working as product managers, designers, developers, testers, communicators, et al. 

∀udaX is built to help Web3 teams benefit from a collective experience spanning decades in building better Web3 products while also pushing boundaries.

In an era of mass layoffs, and global conflict there is no shortage of talented individuals who want to build something meaningful.

This gives us the opportunity to create startups as part of a shared culture that is already aligned effectively - creating this remotely requires a coherent application of distributed team building best practices. 

A Web3 guild.

Building teams and building products are intertwined. At the end of a product cycle, a team is more valuable than the product. 

Building a team then becomes a more valuable proposition. 

Building a successful software business is incredibly complex. The range of “human technologies” required to do this effectively has grown massively - product management, agile, QA, analytics, security, et al.

Given how distributed organizations have become, it is becoming unrealistic to expect a newly forming startup or DAO to build both a product team and a viable business at the same time.

Web3 enables us to build organizations based on completely new collaborative models and value distribution, opening up completely new configurations for organizations.

Being part of a team is great, but to truly belong one must become part of a tribe. Remote work makes it natural for individuals to work on multiple projects, moving between organizations fluidly. Yet we still need constant support, and mentorship for our learning, professional development, support, and growth.

∀udaX aims at building modern guilds for Web3 builders, clients, and investors alike using embedded Web3 product teams.

∀udaX’s teams hail from a growing gamut of experiences including product manager, developer, designer, agency, community builder, communications expert, and anyone who wants to build superior Web3 products.

If each product is a tribe, and all product teams are guilds, then every new project, business, or task can seamlessly plug into an existing ecosystem and begin deployment.

All it takes is a quick introduction and anyone can join the guild.

The word “community” has a Latin ancestor “Communis”, meaning ‘common, public, shared by all or many’, and a guild is the most deeply connected form of community.

The function of a guild has classically been…

…and some other roles that don’t translate fluently in the digital age.

Each guild operates as a decentralized organization responsible for its blockchain’s governance and protocol. Every project will be its own entity within this guild.

The various roles boil down to stakeholders, developers, and users who are incentivized to maintain the guild’s integrity.

All of this is to ensure the presence of a self-governing entity with no central authority. This allows for more open and transparent governance, as well as greater decentralization of power.

This decentralization is at the core of how people can turn work into play.

∀udaX guilds have the potential to benefit developers, and users alike. The collaborative and co-creative nature of ∀udaX leads to faster development and more efficient problem solving. This is because users have a say in the development, which leads to more transparent and democratic decision making.

∀udaX also incentivises guild members to be active participants in the network by rewarding individual contributions through tokens. 

The launch of ∀udaX’s first working model is a welcome game codenamed Genesis, it is the first trip down the ∀udaX rabbit hole.

Web3 Guilds are a critical strut under the blockchain tower. They provide a platform for collaboration, transparency, and decentralization that would not be possible with present-day organizations.
