Hey hey dear reader, this is IGO!👋

It has been quite some time since I last adventured on writing about whatever I have seen or experienced, so I thought it would be the right time to update you on an issue I have previously shared my opinion on.

My publication 'A ton of dead DAOs or is it solely an impression?' was the product of my inner hunger to contribute to communities through DAO's. Provided that DAO's are an essential part of a mission, I figured at the time that it would lead me to major connection with different people for various tasks. It didn't go quite as fast as I would expect. TL;DR & spoiler if you're new to web3: Not all DAO's are alive and well.

Soon after writing that blog piece, coincidentely or not, one of my DM's was replied to.

It had passed 3 months, but when persistancy is present, who cares about time? The goal was still the same.

Among the skills I had stated, one seemed to have be kept an eye on. For those who don't know, my legacy of being an Ambassador took off in 2023 thanks to Talent Protocol (give them some love and get your onchain builder score if you haven't), and cotinued at 42 Porto (a free no-teachers coding school). These experiences had accumulated nearly 1 year and a half of Ambassadorships. So what could be done to make use of it? Of course, bringing new fresh ambassadors to a DAO.

That was my very first step. It still remains being the main essence as long as every women and gender non-conforming person out there finds out about it, but I'm genuinely building a role wrapped around what feels to be a community at H.E.R. DAO.

A community is agility, is praticability, is devotion and consistency. My parents still can't comprehend what I do.

"It doesn't pay your bills."

Well it may not pay every time, but it is enthusiastic to see development with your own eyes.

This post welcomes myself as Community Strategy Advisor at H.E.R. DAO. This is the product of what enhanced me to send a message that changed a lot. May more messages change realities.
