Honestly as a toddler in cryptocurrency universal I don’t have an acknowledge information about writing any project or something like this.
In my opinion the best project which is pioneer in bear market this day is OPTIMISM network. Because they introduce their token in the crucial situation, when BITCOIN and other token like ETHEREUM were decreasing. Even though the price of tokens become dumped and their communities lose their control and selling their tokens immediately and starting FUD about the OPTIMISM and its future, but they do their best to achieve and recovery their famous. Nowadays we all see what happens to them and it seems to be everything is stable and under their control.
In conclusion, I believe that today the OPTIMISM network and community can be best sample of L2 project which should be following with another project like ARBITRUM
