Objective: be ahead of the Web3 curve by establishing presence in the space, and creating a valuable community of CAR entrepreneurs

The Plan

For the infrastructure:

  • Make a CAR Discord Server (needs a good name)

  • Create landing page / intro bot (inc. rules of engagement)

  • Create private channel: e.g. #CAR-early-founders

    • Connect with “Collab.Land”

    • Set up to accept appropriate NFT IDs into each channel

    • Cap at a fixed number for the first batch

      • (FNB Airtable has early attendees: CAR Events)

For the NFT art creation:

  • Create a design brief of NFTs in the batch

  • Ideas for the art & level of variability on each one

  • Share with Jack & his art team (via our discord?!)

  • Iterate until we are happy

  • Should take 1 month for core art

  • Then another month to scale up to 100 via a generative algorithm

To invite people:

  • Shortlist first batch of people

  • Collect wallet IDs from each person

  • Whitelist them on the Discord (this will be capped)

  • Send them the appropriate link to collect their NFT via joining the discord channel

  • Allow each member to invite 2 people by seeking their wallet IDs and submitting them to the Discord ops team to whitelist them. Then they are also able to join and collect their NFT
