Kitty Inu: all Kitting Aside

Dogecoin was created in 2013 as a parody of the “serious’ clone coins who, while attempting to imitate Bitcoin, were all trying to differentiate themselves, yet were all essentially the same. The representation of Kitty Inu was directly intended to pay homage to the satire of Doge by poking fun at the very same space it has since influenced. A place overrun with dog INUs attempting to cash in on the craze and duplicate the success of Dogecoin. Hence, our adorable mascot Kitty was costumed as a dog and labelled an INU so that she may have her shot to run incognito amongst the big dogs within the canine-dominated cryptosphere. However, as with all things Kitty, there’s usually more than meets the eye. She may appear disguised as a meme but Kitty, herself intends to prove that she’s much more than that and more than those memes who inspired her very being, for that matter.

We at Kitty Inu are committed to building projects with the goal of “Serious FUN.” While several projects are on the table, currently we are in development of our first game, KittyKart, inspired by the likes of Mario Kart and Crash Bandicoot. While full development, incorporating all of the ideas behind the project are expected to take up to two full years to complete, we expect the beta release to be available around the end of January/beginning of February. The beta version will serve as a proof of concept and a starting point for community feedback. Further enhanced releases will be forthcoming as development continues. The goal is to develop a strong utility for our $kitty token. One that incorporates both free-to-play and play-to-earn in the economic model to insure that it promotes inclusivity and accessibility while avoiding the exclusivity that the pay-to-play inflationary model inevitably can lead to. KittyKart is being built on the Ethereum blockchain where players race carts to “mine” NFT assets. The concept is that through continued game play, mined NFT assets will then confer either skillset advantages or enhancements to NFT visual appearance. Assets will have the ability to be “mined” (earned) through game play or bought and sold on the secondary market via the in-game marketplace. While KittyKart Beta will only allow for the playing of NFT characters provided within the game (and we’ve accumulated a few thus far, such as a Bored Ape, a Pudgy Penguin and a Deadfellaz to name a few) future versions of KittyKart will allow for the connection of your wallet and the use of any NFT project you may own that allows full IP rights to the holders used as a playable character within the game. Yes, you read that right. You will have an option to be able to play any 3D rendered NFT in your collection as long as the artist gives full ownership to you. Exciting times ahead!

Kitty Inu ($kitty) is currently for trade on both Uniswap and Pancakeswap.
