Curriculum: Sun-wing clouds as a national cloud framework

IT Times

Two cloud eco-conferences witnessed the escalation of sky clouds as a national cloud framework from “basic” to “formed” models.

The fifth Digital China Building Summit, the first cloud ecological conference, was established as a national cloud framework. Soon thereafter, on 3 August 2022, in a message from the People’s daily newspaper, it was pointed out that sky clouds were essentially modelled as a framework for national clouds. On the other hand, at the recent Summit of the Digital China Building Summit, the Sun Minh, the President of China’s Telecommunications Board, Mr. Kolesi, stated that, as core technology continues to be racked, all-weather cloud computing capacity is more autonomous, the size of the infrastructure and the market share continues to grow, and the ecological partnership is win-win, “ all of this shows that the solar-wing clouds have become a framework for national clouds”.

The Chinese telecommunications will focus in the next phase on the promotion of new national clouds in the areas of “core-based technology clearance, more autonomous and robust national cloud technology systems”, “insisting on application, building a more comprehensive and integrated national cloud service system”, “enhancing integration, integration and innovation, and establishing a broader national cloud ecosystem”.

The Chinese Telecommunications Master Manager at the Summit indicated that, in recent years, Chinese telecommunications investment had grown by 7 per cent annually, that investment structures had continued to tilt into digital industries such as clouds, AI, security, digitization platforms, and that China’s telecommunications clouds, networks, numbers, minds, and security had been upgraded, and that integration had underpinned the development of the digital China.

Automated technology systems are more robust

Over the past year, Chinese telecommunications have broken down the cloud operation system, over-scale computing of movement control, storage engines, distributional databases, large data platforms, etc., to promote new breakthroughs in key, autonomous core technologies.

For example, China’s telecommunications builds a cloud-six core, home-based cloud operation system, which breaks the research and development of root technologies; the self-contained cloud server operating system, which fully supports the mainstream national chips, has reached a total replacement of the open-source operation system; and the creation of the cloud-based safety platform “red guilders” based on proactive defence concepts, and the introduction of a series of security products, such as sky-wing safety brains and hypertensions.

While a number of breakthroughs have been achieved, this is only a new starting point. Curriculum indicated that China’s telecommunications would be based on core technology clearances and would establish a more autonomous, controlled and robust national cloud technology system.

Curriculum points to increase inputs, consolidate pooling innovative resources, sustain the technological upgrading of the country’s cloud operation system, storage engines, distribution database, etc., continue to develop a common visual model, build a uniform valorization platform for sea size, achieve a single movement of four-tier AI algorithms, and build a data factor service platform, promote the temptation of data elements for new economic and social dynamics, build the base of clouds in the country to ensure ownership in extreme cases.

At this Summit, Chinese telecommunications released a number of eco-owned and innovative products of clouds, such as the Sun-leaf intelligent cloud platform, the Pyongyang platform for a new capacity-building platform, the “magze” of the data element service platform and the 2.0 version of the “star river” common visual base model.

The “small cloud” platform of skilful hypermetry clouds is the first platform for telecom operators to provide think, hypermetry, multi-diversity service, a day-to-day distribution structure for clouds and metering, storage, network resources, a soft-one solution for the ChatGPT model training, unmanned, life sciences, etc., to help enterprises reduce the cost of scientific research and innovation.

At the end of last year, the Pyongyang Pyongyang platform of the 10 super-engineering of the Central Bank of CEP 2022 was also a new upgrade, with solar-leaf clouds being able to leverage with major cloud operators, such as Ali clouds, Yunus, and large overcalculable clouds, serving the “East counts” national engineering to contribute to the country’s dual carbon strategy.

The data factor service platform, “Dozer”, is a self-developed technology based on Chinese telecommunications, fully exploits the value of the data elements, deep release of the data elements dividends, provides a credible stream of “pooling, managing, benefiting,” integrated business data, and achieves a shift in data “resources, assetization, capitalization”.

The 2.0 version of the Generic Visual Basis model has been upgraded from a focus area of urban governance to a common visual area, supporting multi-sectoral landscapes such as urban governance, logistics, security and industrial visualization.

Promoting a more comprehensive and integrated system of national cloud services

Since 2020, CICP has issued a number of policies, such as the Circular on Accelerating the Digital Transition of State-owned Enterprises, the Commission’s Guidance on Accelerating the Advance of Tenures in Central Enterprises, and the overall building of clouds in the national capital has been established as a system of “1+N+M”: building a central business base with clouds, public clouds in the area of the N’s business and privately owned clouds of the M’s business.

At this Summit, the member and Deputy Director of the State Council’s State-owned Assets Monitoring Board, the Prince Zhao, revealed that the “1+N+M” Central Bank’s Tenure System has made positive progress, that the construction of the “Facco-Centre” has been fully launched, that the central bank has a cloud coverage of 86 per cent, and that a solid base for the construction of a digital central bank is being built as a national cloud buildinger, and that the “air-wing clouds have become an important leader in the national strategy”.

At present, the wing cloud has been initially built into the system of “1+N+M”: “1” is the establishment of an information technology application innovation environment, a cloud-one core, the Central Bank’s Tenure Resource Pool, which was inaugurated at the Summit on the same day by the Intelligent Regulatory Business Model Innovation Platform and the Central Bank’s Tenures Resource Pool, which provides scientific and technological enabling regulation, intellectual and regulatory management, with all-round support for the central bank.

The “N” is a cloud in the N’s business, which is becoming an important instrument and a vehicle for efficiency, professional integration and modernization of industrial systems as digital technology is deeply integrated with economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization-building.

It is understood that, at the present time, solar-wing clouds, in partnership with business leaders, China’s energy-saving and food-saving industries, have created a 24-Centre Industry cloud platform, in the first place.
