China: further increase in the disclosure rate of EESG by listed companies
On 29 April, the Association of China’s Listed Companies published the China Business Performance Analysis Report 2022, and over 1,700 companies produced and issued separate reports on ESG in 2022, with a significantly higher number of households than last year, with over 80 per cent of the relevant reports issued by ESG in banking, non-banking, etc.
The new energy automotive industry will introduce a pond system
In recent days, the Department of Safety and Security, together with the relevant departments, has initiated the second revision of the “Mobilization of Average Fuel Consumption by Motor Vehicles in Parallel to New Energy Motor Volumes”, to study the distribution requirements for new energy vehicles in 2024-2025, to implement a system of pool management and to explore the interface with carbon trading markets.
JMS: 27 high-risk companies in the insurance industry last year
On 4 May, the Board issued a Circular on the Regulation of Reimbursability in the Insurance Industry for 2022, with 16 companies in category C (i.e., medium-risk companies) at greater risk at the end of 2022; and 11 companies in category D (i.e. high-risk companies).
Corporate bond operations guidance issued by the Deep Exchange
On 5 May, the Deep Exchange issued operational guidance on the application of the rules governing the self-regulation of bonds and the Interim Reporting Directive, respectively, with the aim of further enhancing the risk disclosure function of bond information, promoting sound pricing, increasing the efficiency of bond market resources, putting pressure on market agents and increasing the regulatory effectiveness of bond retention.

Disqualification of four enterprise-balancing vehicle products
On 28 April, the Directorate-General of Market Regulation issued a Circular on National Supervision of the Quality of 19 Web-based Products, such as Clothing, 2022, which was not eligible for a balanced car examination produced by four enterprises, namely, Shanghai Co. Ltd. and the Aston Industries Ltd. of the City of Suai.
Widespread investment was fined $3.3 million.
On 4 May, the Board of Prosecutors warned of a fine of $3.3 million for companies with limited liability for investing in the new frontiers (groups); and warned against the company’s statutory representative grandsons by a fine of $70,000. Information shows that investment in a wide range of industries is in violation of short-line transactions such as “spring logistics” stocks.

On 5 May, the Institute sent a letter of inquiry to the United Kingdom requesting it to explain the continuing decline in operating income over the last two years and the negative net profit.
