Phase 2: Community Building (Month 4-6)

Creator Collaborations: Partner with emerging Indonesian artists to create collaborative NFT collections, offering mentorship to help them understand the Web3 space. AnarkiBumi Discord Launch: Create a community hub for collectors, creators, and curious minds to engage with the project, ask questions, and share insights on NFTs and Web3. Workshops & Talks: Host online and offline events to demystify blockchain technology, NFTs, and the potential benefits for Indonesian art and culture.

Phase 3: Expansion & Social Impact (Month 7-9)

Traditional Artist Sponsorships: Begin allocating profits from sales to support traditional Indonesian artists and underprivileged communities. Document this process to share with the community. Onboarding More Artists: Continue mentoring and onboarding more Indonesian artists to the NFT space, providing them with the tools and knowledge to start their own journey. Web3 Public Campaign: Launch a nationwide awareness campaign encouraging the broader Indonesian public to explore Web3 through AnarkiBumi’s example, showcasing success stories and the positive social impact of the project.

Phase 4: Sustainability & Future Growth (Month 10-12)

Evolving NFT Collections: Release new, innovative collections that push the boundaries of Indonesian art in the NFT space, while continuing to support both emerging and traditional artists. AnarkiBumi Marketplace: Consider building a marketplace for traditional Indonesian art in the form of NFTs, giving a digital platform for heritage and cultural preservation. Long-term Engagement: Strengthen ties with the community, artists, and collectors through continuous dialogue, updates, and educational resources, ensuring that AnarkiBumi remains a sustainable and growing project for years to come.

Ultimate Goal: Empower underprivileged and traditional artists, guide Indonesian creators into Web3, and encourage the public to embrace the future of digital ownership and decentralized technology.
