What first drew you to digital art, and how did that evolve into working within the web3 creator space?

"I have been involved with digital manipulation for as long as I can remember; having trained as a film director, cameraman, and video editor. In 2021 I discovered Bitcoin and consequently delved into this new crypto world until I came to Ethereum and learned about NFTs. With the need to produce and publish something independent, I decided to embrace the philosophy and effectiveness of web3 minting my first experiments."

How has your life influenced your style and themes?

"Everything I produce takes substance from what I have experienced and could not have form if I did not have that experience to decide to create it."

Were there any pivotal moments that pushed you toward creating NFTs?

"No event in particular, other than the realization that we are faced with a technology that is perfectly at the service of personal control of our data - allowing transparency, ownership rights, and the possibility of getting royalties on what you have managed to sell more than once. Small innovations that are perfectly suited to the case of an independent, experimental artist."

What does your typical creative process look like from idea to mint?

"I very often take inspiration from thoughts related to some kind of reading, movie or music. I also look at other people's work to find extra food for thought that motivates me to create. Then the work itself can be summarized as finding a main subject, a suitable composition, and then moving on to applying the actual style, in most of my cases converting the image to bitmap and continuing to work on a video editing program."

How do you decide which works to tokenize and which to keep private or just post on your socials?

"I am not a serial producer, which is why I almost never have accumulated work to select. Most of the time I try to realize to the last what is on my mind, discarding as little as possible but spending much more time in the making or revising."

What tools or platforms do you use most when your create?

"I currently use Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve Studio, through which I have managed to define my own style. In the past I have much more frequently used 3D modeling programs as well as being involved in analog collage."

What are your thoughts on decentralization and ownership in art?

"That is the main reason I hold crypto, create on the blockchain, and maintain a very high level of trust for this type of technology. I see it as the perfect weapon to wield in the dark days that may come. The perfect support for social in general and for us artists specifically."

Have you found a sense of community in the digital art space?

"Absolutely, and it is this sense of community that facilitated me in the past to better understand the new habitat in which I found myself, it's rules, it's exceptions, and all that was good and bad that I could come across. Whether by personally interacting with someone or witnessing the experience of OG members, one can learn so much as well as make friends."

What advice would you give to new artists entering the Web3 space?

"Apply yourself immediately to understanding the environment in which you are approaching. It is not just fun, it is, above all, innovation and application of technology in everyday life. DYOR is the mantra to follow, whether you are interacting with web3 platforms or approaching the crypto market."

What legacy or message do you hope your work leaves behind?

"I only hope that the imagery I present can occasionally awaken in someone the possibility of thinking something outside the ordinary mechanical pattern that one's brain proposes for the interpretation of what is in front of them."

What inspired the harsh flashing visuals of your BIT MEMO collection?

"What inspired me is essentially the feeling of observing the digitized memories of ourselves, emotions, sensations, dreams and subconscious perceptions included, through an unidentified display that projects symbols and figures that encapsulate their meaning. The choice of colours is purely related to my taste while the use of flashing visuals is a metaphor for what could be subliminal unconscious communication transmitted to our brain."

Do you ever want to experiment with other mediums such as 3D, AR or VR?

"In the past I have used 3D to make much of my Lympha Project collection on Foundation. I would like to one day be able to learn programming and coding and use my new technical knowledge to create something artistic."
