Rehabitation is normal in the immediate future, and leisure and recreation facilities are gradually being plunged, and some parents want to take their children to KTV singer, although parents and children are not known to be prohibited by law.
Under the newly amended Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, KTV does not allow minors to enter.
At the time of a KTV inspection, a branch of the municipality found that there was a situation in which minors were brought into by their parents and introduced a law of counselling.

The parents, Nassau, “can not take him to KTV”
“No child can be taken to KTV singer? No weekend?”, “What can the children come to singer? In interviews with journalists, many parents indicated that it was prohibited to have children taken to KTV.
Mr. Zhang said that his son had liked to sing the song, and on holidays, especially the typhoid, they sometimes took children to kTV.
“Further typhoid, my daughter wanted to kTV singer.” Ms. Hoang also said that “there are we accompanying our children, and we are going to go into the room without any good impact?”
Formerly loved ones and co-study, KTV singer. “The time has come for many of us to wait for KTV to relax. Is it not a bar, nor is it so called?
Parents are required to comply with relevant laws.
Article 58 of the newly amended Law on the Protection of Minors of the People’s Republic of China specifies that “the operator of an operating singer entertainment facility, bars, Internet access facility etc. who is not suitable for a minor’s activity shall not be allowed to enter the place where the minor’s activity is not appropriate.” The operator shall place in a prominent place a ban on the entry of a minor and limit the entry mark; and if it is difficult to identify whether or not a minor, it shall be required to produce identification documents”.
The Prosecutor of the First Sub-House of the Beijing Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, Pontifical, found that while some parents were not aware of the prohibition of minors from entering places of entertainment such as KTV, there was no reason for taking children to KTV singer, such places were generally more unconscious, persons with physical colours, children were often exposed to tobacco and alcohol, and that such an environment had a negative impact on the physical and mental health of minors. This is also an important reason why the Law on the Protection of Minors makes the aforementioned prohibition. Parents, as guardians of the child, are required to have complete and accurate knowledge of and compliance with the relevant laws, in order to follow the example.
The influence of a doctor’s release on the child’s hearing
The internationally recognized method of protecting hearing is the principles of 60 to 60, i.e., not more than 60 minutes for music and 60 minutes for continuous hearing. The 60 minutes are equivalent to the number of sounds spoken indoor general.
According to a doctor, “KTV’s sound is certainly much more than 60 shelles, and the child’s development is not complete, and the hearing will certainly be impaired if more time is spent in KTV.”
In addition, the child has an irradiational character and is unwittingly watched with KTV. Lights in bags are dark, and bright television screens are “killers” of children’s eyes. In the health sector, over 1,400 students who had long lived in noise conditions, 59 per cent of students were found to have varying degrees of proximity or visual declines, higher than general students.
The city inspects whether a singer entertainment facility is legally prohibited for minors.
Inspection
Properly punished
In the previous evening, the Prosecutor of the First Sub-House of the Beijing Municipal Prosecutor’s Office went to a KTV examination in the positive district. Following the arrival of the elevator by the visiting prosecutor, the front pad was moved along the road map, and no sign of “limitation of entry for minors” was observed in the circle. The Prosecutor returned to the elevators for a careful search and found that the elevator’s high position on the black wall was marked by an anti-sighted metal plate, which was difficult to see in the dark environment. “I am at a height of eight metres, and I do not believe that minors are not inscribed in the mark, and children are less visible.”
The prosecutor then found that in a bag, a middle-year man was singing with more than ten-year-old daughter and seven-eight-year-old son. “Is there any problem? I have children in the formal setting.” See the prosecutor, who was not questioned by the father. After the prosecutor’s persuasion law, the father accepted that “the original law is such, and the next time there is no child!”
A number of other KTV were also found guilty of violating the law. A 178-year-old middle school student came to a KTV singer, giving birthday to the same school, and although only one 18-year-old student had taken an identity card and others had not produced a document, shopkeepers had allowed children to enter. In another KTV, a 16-year-old boy was consuming more alcohol when he came to singer, burning someone else and was suspected of drowning.
The Prosecutor, Ponto, stated that if the KTV operator found that minors were accompanied by their parents, they should be stopped in a timely manner. The operator has signed a letter of commitment to punish those who knowingly commit a further breach.
In order to create a good environment for minors, the Municipal Prosecutor’s Office conducted a special operation in 2022 to monitor the protection of minors in entertainment places, focusing on the irregularity of the ban on entry of minors, carrying out joint inspections, finding eight administrative public service clues, examining five cases prior to administrative public service proceedings, conducting seven pre-appeal consultations, issuing recommendations and obtaining correspondence, producing and distributing more than 20,000 promotional materials, and urging the relevant units to perform their duties fully in accordance with the law.
The KTV operator is posting a book of initiatives for parents and adolescents at large produced by the prosecution service.
Environment
Healthy growth of children
The First Sub-House of the Beijing City Attorney’s Office has been working to promote the development of the environment for the development of minors and has been introduced into the general law of schools on numerous occasions.
“What is it not going to follow the parents? Some of the children were not considered to have been released by the Prosecutor, who had made clear the relevant provisions of the newly amended Law on the Protection of Minors and had offered not to go to KTV later.
Prior to the typhoid, the Panostao, in the face of more than 600 parents of the basic education college of the Beijing Institute of E-sciences and Technology, held a lecture on the theme “Parents’ classrooms”, in which they were advised to perform their parental responsibilities in strict compliance with their responsibilities and to travel without their children to workmen, such as KTV. In addition, teachers are taught by the Prosecutor, who wishes to speak with their children in conjunction with their content.
