Have you seen a Veve showroom? If you have, it is likely only because you have the Veve app installed on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. Otherwise you would be looking at a screen recorded video or a screenshot. Veve; this is not good enough….

The Veve showroom V2 is pretty nice looking. There is a balcony, endless horizon, blue sky and a nice vaulted room to put your shiny collectable in. Or, you can put it on the balcony. Got a Superman or similar? Sure have him floating outside the balcony! Here is a link to the Medium article.

Veve have plans to build this out further of course, with accessories, different rooms, themed areas and more as they sculpt their ‘VeveVerse’. This is all super cool and personally I am really looking forward to it (although my showroom is quite lacking compared to many out there!)

There is huge scope to build the showroom out and Veve do seem committed to it, and have done a good job so far.

So, what’s the problem??

Hop onto Discord and Reddit and there are fans sharing their vaults, the amazing collectables contained within and how they have arranged them to their own style and preference. That is the problem — it is just really fans looking at other fans vaults.

Being able to view the showroom (properly I mean, anywhere outside of the app), is impossible at this time.

While it is nice to view a fellow Veve users showroom in the relevant chatroom, imagine following a link to look around it myself? Interacting with the collectables to see their utility (if available) but of course not altering the showroom itself.

There is endless scope. As Veve grows, which it is doing rather quickly, users want to show off their collectibles. After all, they are not easily acquired in most cases, given how difficult it is to actually land a drop in recent months. Veve has an excellent product, some of the most sought after licenses in the world and this walled garden to hide it all.

I for one want to be able to share an automated tour of my showroom to Instagram and have it appear on my feed, doesn’t that sound cool? Integration to social media apps is becoming more and more vital as the weeks go on and already we are seeing some stagnation in the market.

We all love to flex a little, so give us what we need Veve…. You need it too!
