Free Crypto Airdrop Farming [April 2025]

I will be sharing my content on Mirror to expand reach, beyond my Medium cat alter-ego. It’s time to stop overlooking crypto airdrop opportunities and start paying attention to real money making opportunities, with low effort - some even as simple as installing a chrome extension.

I will try my best to update the list throughout every month, and to create a new list every month. As mentioned in the Medium Article, there is a spreadsheet you can follow along and a Telegram channel to stay tuned!

For many of these free airdrops, you’ll need a MetaMask walletTelegramDiscord, and a Twitter account. Since they’re free, we pay with social credit — likes, follows, retweets, and some time spent being active.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the most promising airdrops I’m positioning myself for — with the goal of making $10,000 over the next few years.

📱 Xenea Wallet

Xenea is a mobile wallet built on Starknet that uses daily quizzes to engage users. After installing the app, I started completing quick daily questions to earn points. It’s completely free to use and doesn’t require any upfront crypto. With Starknet’s ecosystem still early, I see this as a simple, low-effort way to potentially qualify for future airdrops. If you have any issues stating “No Internet Connection” when trying to track tasks, try using a VPN and waiting 10–30 seconds — this did the trick for me!

🎲 SoSoValue

  • Investment: None, but can boost earnings with $100

  • Requirements: Register on the platform and complete the daily tasks

  • Difficulty: Easy

SoSoValue is a platform focused on engaging users through a series of tasks and actions across various crypto ecosystems. After signing up, I completed tasks like interacting with the platform’s features and learning about their index funds. It’s free to join, and although the tasks can take a little more time compared to others, they seem to have a rewarding payout structure for those who stay active. With the growth of their ecosystem, I’m optimistic about the potential for an airdrop in the future. Check out this tweet about last season’s airdrop!

🏙 Plaza Finance

Plaza Finance is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that focuses on liquidity provision and staking across various chains. To participate you must deposit some base network eth (I did $5) and keep over $1 in your wallet to claim Base Sepolia Eth from the faucet, you will use this to do simulate transactions daily which will earn you plaza points. As you receive an airdrop of testnet tokens, you can simply get started with very low capital. With Plaza’s growing ecosystem, this could be a solid move for those looking to qualify for potential future airdrops.

☁️ CESS Network

CESS (Cumulus Encrypted Storage System) is a decentralized storage and content delivery network (CDN) tailored for Web3 applications. This is big and I’m super bullish on this airdrop! There are daily tasks to complete such as checking in, uploading files and tweeting. As CESS is built on the Substrate framework, it offers secure, scalable, and efficient data solutions, making it ideal for AI, DeSci, and digital industries.

🏗️ Arch Network

Arch Network is a bridgeless execution platform that brings smart contract capabilities directly to Bitcoin’s base layer. Utilizing innovative technologies like FROST + ROAST multisigs and a custom virtual machine, it enables secure, trust-minimized DeFi applications without the need for bridges. Users can participate in the Archstronaut XP campaign by connecting their Bitcoin wallet, completing missions, and referring friends to earn points towards potential future rewards.

I recommend downloading UniSat Wallet for this one. I found some of the tasks are buggy due to the new nature of this project, but we are here to help the team sort this out! I will update the article if anything difficult arises.

🧿 Soul Protocol

Soul Protocol is a decentralized cross-chain lending platform built on LayerZero, enabling users to supply and borrow native assets across multiple blockchains without relying on synthetic assets or bridges. By aggregating liquidity from various lending protocols like Aave and Compound, Soul offers a unified interface for seamless DeFi interactions. Engaging with their testnet involves connecting your wallet and performing actions such as supplying assets, borrowing, and repaying loans. Active participation in the testnet positions users for potential future airdrops as the protocol progresses towards mainnet launch.

The goal of the airdrop is to collect the maximum number of seeds to exchange for $SO on TGE.

Short guide for getting started:

  1. Get some sepolia Eth, you can see how in step 2 of this article. Also use the telegram chatbots from the article to get some Avalanche Fuji AVAX.

  2. Join Soul Protocol and connect your wallet.

  3. Click Supply [top left]. Supply some sepolia Eth.

  4. After successfully supplying, notice beside the withdraw button, there is a Collateral button. Provide maximum collateral.

  5. Now click Borrow [top left]. Borrow an asset on AvaX (that’s why we used the telegram chatbot — to get some gas fees).

  6. Congratulations you’ve successfully done a cross-chain borrow on sepolia-avaX testnets!

  7. Now at the top, click the Seeds button — you can begin completing quests now! They are pretty straightforward, I will update if anything difficult crops up!

🤖 Bytenova

Bytenova recentyly received $3M funding from Nvidia and has raised almost $10M in funding altogether. They aim to create a decentralised GPU cloud from users devices. At this early stage, they are looking to grow their social media and have an easy onboarding process we can check into daily! Be cautious, you will need to have some BNB in your wallet to do this! While specific details about potential rewards are not provided, early adoption and consistent use may lead to future benefits.

Galxe has already been a launchpad for airdrops from big names — so staying active here is a must for anyone looking to score future rewards.

Final Thoughts

Airdrops are a genuine way of distributing governance power across a decentralized network, by onboarding users who wouldn’t otherwise have the financial means to buy into the project. It is powered by belief and participation—an invitation to those who resonate with a vision before it becomes valuable in monetary terms.

In essence, an airdrop is not just a marketing strategy; it’s a philosophical stance. It challenges the gatekeeping of value and opens the doors to community-driven ownership. When value flows freely to those who show up early—not with capital, but with curiosity and conviction—it plants the seeds of a more inclusive financial future.

In the end, airdrops remind us that in Web3, value isn’t always bought. Sometimes, it’s earned through presence, shared purpose, and the courage to bet on a network before the world decides it's worth it.
