Our next property, Franklin Jefferson Candlelight Apartments, will be going live with a jaw dropping 8.5% APR at a mint price of just $10 per NFT. The collection size will be 5,000 NFTs for a total raise of $50,000. The artwork has been completed, and we are gearing up for another exciting launch!
You may also be wondering, what is FJC Apartments? FJC Apartments provides studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in Warrensburg, Missouri, conveniently located less than a mile from the University of Central Missouri (UCM) campus. The complex, managed by Prism Real Estate Services, LLC, caters to students and the local community, offering a range of amenities and a pet-friendly environment.

The FJC collection mint will be going live on Thursday, August 21st, on the Blockz NFT launchpad. Like our first mint, the event will have multiple rounds, with a special round for our Mountain View collection holders, AKA, Lords.
