In today’s rapidly evolving digital economy, payment is no longer just the end of a transaction — it is becoming the starting point of value creation. With its innovative model of “Spending Turns into Value,” BeFlow is driving a new wave of transformation in consumer finance.

On September 17, as a key milestone in BeFlow’s globalization strategy, the BeFlow Global PayFi Merchant Ecosystem Conference was grandly held in Beijing. Under the theme “Connecting Merchants · Empowering Users · Redefining Payments” and the goal of “Building a New Future for Consumer Finance, Empowering Global Merchants and Users,” the event brought together global ecosystem partners, strategic enterprises, industry experts, as well as merchant partners and users to witness BeFlow’s latest strategic announcements and future vision.
Ahead of the main conference, on September 15–16, BeFlow hosted exclusive training sessions for its partners, providing systematic knowledge and tools to help them fully understand the PayFi model and ecosystem logic. These initiatives strengthened the foundation of the BeFlow ecosystem and injected strong momentum for its global expansion and local implementation.

BeFlow’s Chief Marketing Officer Ghassen Barkache delivered the opening keynote, articulating BeFlow’s core vision. He noted that under the traditional payment model, transactions end without generating continuous benefits — users lack long-term rewards, and merchants face high acquisition costs with low retention. BeFlow addresses this through its Payment → Hashpower → Asset → Credit closed-loop mechanism, enabling a win-win scenario for users, merchants, and the platform.
Ghassen also reviewed BeFlow’s rapid global expansion:
Wuhan, China: Hosted the first summit to kickstart local market activation.
Dubai: Opened the BeFlow Lounge, becoming a flagship brand hub and community base in the Middle East.
Tokyo, Japan: Participated in WebX events, stepping onto the global Web3 stage.
Partnerships: Established strategic collaborations with leading partners, including HiShopping (top Middle Eastern e-commerce platform) and key players in tourism and retail.
He emphasized that BeFlow is enabling merchants to seamlessly join the Web3 payment and incentive network through its merchant payment API. He also announced the upcoming launch of the Global U-Card, which will connect to over 1.5 million merchants and 3 million ATMs worldwide, allowing users to instantly earn computing power and ecosystem rewards with every purchase.

Zhang Zhigang, former Vice Minister of Commerce, delivered a keynote speech titled “New Consumption · New Future.” He shared insights on national policy directions and consumption upgrade trends, pointing out that today’s market is characterized by “recovering demand, structural upgrades, yet persistent challenges.” Zhang stressed that the future of consumption will be digitalized, green, and intelligent, and encouraged enterprises to drive inclusive finance through technological innovation and platform building.

A highlight of the event was the strategic signing ceremony, where BeFlow signed cooperation agreements with multiple leading enterprises, including:
Shanghai Cell Therapy Group
Tianxia Youli Tourism Group
Lirui Lighting
Yunmou Enterprise Management
Wanliu Youhe Dental
San Foods
Yangtze No.1 Liquor
China Resources Jiangzhong
Tianchi Yayuan
These partnerships span medical and healthcare, cultural tourism, F&B, lighting equipment, and senior care services, expanding BeFlow’s application scenarios and delivering innovative consumer finance solutions across industries.

This conference was not just a showcase of results but also a convergence of industry consensus. Through keynote speeches, strategic signings, and product releases, BeFlow sent a clear signal: consumer finance is entering a new development phase.
For merchants: BeFlow’s payment API and soon-to-launch U-Card provide a low-barrier gateway into Web3 payments and incentive systems.
For users: Every purchase becomes an opportunity to accumulate value and enjoy long-term benefits.
The entire industry saw how the “Spending Turns into Value” concept can deeply integrate with traditional industries, opening new possibilities for payment and finance. This conference not only accelerated BeFlow’s global ecosystem rollout but also moved the PayFi model closer to mainstream adoption.

BeFlow’s ambition goes far beyond being a payment platform. Its long-term vision is to build a global consumer finance infrastructure that supports everything from daily retail purchases to large-scale transactions such as car and home buying. With continuous improvements in its wallet, payment card, and merchant onboarding platform, BeFlow will provide merchants with sustainable growth engines and users with inclusive financial benefits.
Looking forward, BeFlow will continue to work with global partners to promote the globalization of consumer finance and create an open, transparent, and mutually beneficial ecosystem for the future.
