Considering that education started with the history of humanity, teaching is accepted as the oldest profession in the world (Oktay, 1991). Teaching was published in the National Education Fundamental Law No. 1739 as "a special specialization profession that focuses on the state's education, training and related management training". Teachers, explanations in accordance with the purpose and basic principles of Turkish National Education and execution. (MEB, 1973). Teachers are responsible for the delivery of materials that enable them to achieve the aims in the teaching plans, their schools so that these materials can be accessed by the students, and the management of their students in this process with careful planning (Cohen, Manion, & Morrison, 2002).
