Bitroot Staking Campaign Officially Launched

I. Campaign Overview

1.1 Background

To further boost on-chain activity, asset accumulation, and community growth efficiency within the Bitroot ecosystem, a "Stake & Earn" campaign system is being launched on the existing task platform. Centered on staking BRT tokens (on the Arbitrum network), this system integrates point-based incentives, leaderboard competitions, and "blind box" mechanics to create a complete "Lock-up – Growth – Consumption – Retention" loop. The initiative aims to build community consensus and identify potential node candidates ahead of the mainnet launch.

1.2 Objectives

● Attract genuine users to engage in on-chain interactions and staking.

● Build a multi-level invitation network to drive community viral growth.

● Identify high-value users to serve as team captains, building a talent pool for future mainnet nodes.

● Maintain campaign momentum by distributing rewards based on monthly rankings.

1.3 Campaign Schedule

● Total Duration: 90 days, divided into three 30-day cycles (referred to as "months" in this document).

● Monthly Settlement: A snapshot of "Combat Power" is taken at 24:00 (UTC) on the final day (Day 30) of the cycle; the current month's Combat Power is then reset, and rankings/rewards are announced and distributed within the first three days of the following month.

● Combat Power accumulation restarts at the beginning of each new cycle.

II. Core Mechanism Design

2.1 Staking & "Combat Power" Mechanism Users lock BRT tokens into the officially designated contract on the Arbitrum network to earn "Combat Power" rewards based on the lock-up period. Tokens cannot be accessed during the lock-up period but can be redeemed upon maturity.

Combat Power Rules Lock-up Period Combat Power Multiplier (per 1 BRT) 7 days 0.5x 30 days 1.3x 60 days 2.0x 90 days 3.0x

Combat Power Formula: Total Reward Combat Power = Staked Amount Γ— Staking Coefficient Γ— Lock-up Days Γ— Lock-up Multiplier To prevent excessive inflation of Combat Power, the staking coefficient decreases over the course of the campaign, encouraging users to stake for longer periods during the first month:

● Coefficient for the first month: 0.5

● Coefficient for the second month: 0.3

● Coefficient for the third month: 0.1

Notes:

● Daily settlement; accumulated in real-time.

● The coefficient is determined at the time of staking and remains fixed throughout the lock-up period (staking in the 1st month yields a 0.5 coefficient, the 2nd month yields 0.3, and the 3rd month yields 0.1; the coefficient does not change with the campaign timeline once the stake is locked).

Example:

User stakes 100 Tokens in the first month for a 30-day lock-up (1.3x):

100 Γ— 0.5 Γ— 30 Γ— 1.3 = 1950 Combat Power

User stakes 100 Tokens in the second month for a 30-day lock-up (1.3x):

100 Γ— 0.3 Γ— 30 Γ— 1.3 = 1200 Combat Power

2.1.2 Staking and Redemption Process

● Staking: Users select a period, enter the amount, and call the contract to lock BRT. Once the transaction is confirmed, the system records the stake and begins calculating Combat Power.

● Standard Redemption: Upon maturity, users can redeem their principal; Combat Power accrual stops, but the Combat Power already generated remains permanently valid. ● Early Redemption: If a user redeems their stake during the lock-up period, the accrual of "Battle Power" ceases. A penalty is applied, consisting of the deduction of 30% of the Battle Power earned to date and 10% of the staked principal tokens (deducted tokens are either injected into the event prize pool or burned). This measure prevents short-term arbitrage exploiting high-yield rates.

● Users who have locked up tokens for 90 days with a stake exceeding 100,000 tokens are eligible to form a "Battle Squad"; to ensure squad stability, early unlocking or redemption is not permitted for these users.

2.2 Single-Level Referral Rewards

● Referral Tiers: Single-level only (direct referrals). If User A invites User B, and User B invites User C, User A receives a Battle Power reward based on User B's earnings but receives no reward based on User C.

● Unique Identifier: Each user possesses a unique referral code or link, which is entered during registration or initial account binding.

● Fixed Relationship: Once the referrer-referee relationship is bound, it cannot be changed (to prevent malicious reward farming).

Reward: Receive 20% of the Battle Power earned by the referred user as a reward. This reward is issued additionally and does not reduce the user's own accumulated Battle Power.

2.3 Squad System

Each user can belong to at most one squad.

Squad = Squad Leader + all of the Leader's direct subordinates (Note: this excludes the subordinates' own subordinates; i.e., the "invitation subtree" extends downward by only one level).

If a regular user's (non-leader) superior is not a squad leader, that user does not automatically belong to any squad and becomes a "Free User."

Users who have joined a squad cannot leave it.

2.3.1 How to Create a Squad

● Conditions: (Requires a one-time stake) Total staked amount β‰₯ 118,000 BRT and lock-up period β‰₯ 90 days.

● Action: Click [Create Squad] β†’ Enter a unique squad name β†’ Confirm.

● Effect: The user and all their direct subordinates break away from their original squad (if any) to form a new squad; the new squad's initial Combat Power = Leader's current personal Combat Power + the current personal Combat Power of all direct subordinates.

2.3.2 How to Join a Squad

● Select a squad from the squad list to join.

2.3.3 Squad Leader Rights and Obligations

● Leaders can edit squad details.

● Leaders can view the list of squad members and their respective Combat Power.

● Leaders are eligible for squad monthly ranking rewards.

2.4 Task System (Phase 1)

Rules for distributing team combat power rewards: The team leader receives 20%, and the remaining rewards are distributed based on individual contribution ratios (combat power proportion).

Example: If the team earns 1 million combat power points and takes 1st place... In this case, a total reward of 4 million Combat Power is awarded. The captain receives 20% (800,000 Combat Power), leaving a remaining reward of 3.2 million Combat Power.

If Zhang San contributed 100,000 Combat Power to the teamβ€”representing 10% of the team's total Combat Powerβ€”then his share of the reward would be 320,000 Combat Power.

5. Definitions of Total Power and Power

5.1 Total Power

Definition: The cumulative sum of Power acquired by a user through all channels (staking, invitation rewards, team rewards, etc.) from the start of the event (Day 1) to the present moment.

Characteristics:

● Accumulated in real-time; only increases (except for deductions due to early redemption).

● Does not reset; persists throughout the entire event cycle.

● After the event concludes, Total Power serves as a badge of honor or can be used for:

β—‹ Allocation from an additional reward pool (e.g., airdropping mainnet tokens based on the proportion of Total Power).

β—‹ Unlocking special NFT badges.

β—‹ Qualifying as a mainnet node candidate.

Calculation Formula:

User Total Power = βˆ‘(Power from staking) + βˆ‘(Power from invitation rewards) - βˆ‘(Power deducted due to early redemption)

Storage and Display:

● "Total Power" is always displayed in the user's personal dashboard.

● Leaderboards display "Power" (Effective Power) by default; a "Total Power Leaderboard" may be added as an honorary ranking (not for rewards).

5.2 Power (Effective Power)

Definition: Power newly generated by a user within the current monthly settlement cycle (from 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the month to 24:00 UTC on the last day of the month). (Excludes Power gained from Power competition rewards.)

Characteristics:

● Recalculated starting from zero on the 1st of each month.

● A snapshot is taken at 24:00 UTC on the last day of the month for ranking and reward distribution purposes.

● Resets to zero immediately after the snapshot; accumulation begins anew the following month.

● Power deducted due to early redemption also reduces the current month's Effective Power (deducted down to a minimum of zero; it will not become negative).

Usage:

● Monthly Individual Leaderboard: Ranked by Effective Power from highest to lowest.

● Monthly Team Leaderboard: The sum of Effective Power from all team members constitutes the team's Effective Power. Calculation Formula:

User's Monthly Power = Total Power gained during the month - Power deducted due to early redemption during the month.

Notes:

● Staking across months: Power is credited to the effective monthly total based on the day it is generated. For example, if a user locks assets for 90 days, the power generated on Day 1 counts toward the first month's effective power, while the power generated on Day 31 counts toward the second month's effective power.

● Referral Rewards: When a referred user generates power, the 20% reward power earned by the referrer is credited to the effective monthly total based on the time of generation.
